Eric co-founded Netflix (NASDAQ:NFLX), the leading online rental source for DVDs in the USA, in 1997. At Netflix, Eric served as Chief Information Officer and Vice-President of IT, where he led a large IT team that created all of the software for one of the world's most successful, highest traffic, e-commerce sites, with revenues exceeding $130,000,000 million annually.

Eric has held senior-level management and development positions at KPMG, LLP, Harry's Farmers Market and Oracle.

Eric earned his Master of Science in Computer Science from Brown University and his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Purdue University.

Gurpreet was a Senior Director of Architectural Strategy in Microsoft Developer and Partner Evangelism division. Prior to this, he was a Product Unit Manager in the Windows Engineering group responsible for incubating Microsoft Systems Architecture (MSA), and related infrastructure solutions & programs. Over his 14+ year career at Microsoft he has played leading roles in development and delivery of several key products and solutions to the Microsoft field, partners and customers. Products such as Microsoft Excel/Office and solutions in the areas sales force empowerment, knowledge management and IT services.

Gurpreet holds a BCom (Hons.) Degree from St. Xavier's College, Calcutta, and a Masters of Management degree from Willamette University, Salem, Oregon.

Satish was Managing Director and Head of Technology Investments at Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association - College Retirement Equities Fund (TIAA-CREF). At TIAA-CREF, Satish has managed money as a Country Manager for India, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan. He has also managed money as a Global Sector Manager in Technology focusing on computer software & services, computer hardware, semiconductors and telecom equipments.

Satish is also a Director of Seventymm^® Services (P) Ltd.

Satish holds Masters Degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Processware provides enterprise business solutions in Aerospace, Banking and Manufacturing segments. Guru has grown Processware to a team of 100 engineers involved in product design, development and maintenance services. Processware has completed more than 100 offshore projects for leading organisations in the US.

Prior to founding Processware, Guru was a senior Computer Scientist at Schlumberger Research Centre.

Guru has been associated with several ventures funded by VCs in telecom and e-commerce.

Guru is a guest faculty at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He obtained his Masters degree in Computer Science and a Masters degree in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
