Late Fee :
- Customers can keep a movie for 3 nights 4 days. The customer has to request for pickup of the movie within this time period. Even if the pickup request is sent on the 4th day evening it will not be considered as late.

- If they go into the 4th night, there will be a deduction of one shipment from the total list of eligible shipments.

- If customer exceeds the number of the days within a billing cycle and has exhausted his shipment credits, his next bill would be adjusted to reflect the extra charge.
