two CDs I ordered were in utterly bad condition. namely Shwashank Redemption and Anokhi raat. So may be it's only good for people who manage to grab the new cds as soon as they are in the collection

Yes, I love it, it gives me a an opportunity to find all possible hollywood movies, see user comments and then rent movies based on my taste. Only issue is sometimes the movie discs are not good. But all in all a great service with great website.

I seriously do not understand why there are dissatisfied customers for Seventymm... They are just perfect for me... I find all the movies that I want...

You have to be a movie buff, watching lot of hollywood movies and you really have to be a net savy... If not, this is not your cup of tea... Company is not bad but you are not the right customer for them...

I paid for a full year subscription and for no reason they have suspended my account. SInce March, I have had no movies and no refund.
I have spoken on the phone to many of the customer reps and each time they say they will get back to me. I have sent emails and there has been NO ACTION.
CUSTOMER CARE IS PATHETIC!!!

I understand there are lots of problem that we face. Why cant we support them.
This company just started in 2005.It would take time to adjust and mix up and compete with the present market. This kind of situation or similar to this, is there with every rental company. We have to give them time and try 2 put yourself in there shoes...

Why are you frustrated dear.
They also do not want to loose customers.

This is the worst company I have ever come accross. I'm awaiting a refund from them for the past 1 month and wnhenever I call the care team for an update, all they do is say sorry to me ! The entire staff is useless and pathetic. A company like this needs to be sued. Once they have the customer's money, they just sit back and relax.I'll never in my dreams recommend this company to anyone....this kind od service is not even fit for my enemies !

Its really really pathatic. I have dropped a complaint to customer care with the reasons. Hope they will do something about it & for the public. I will really not recommend any one to go for seventy MM rentals. NO!!!!
