It has been 1.5 months and i still havent heard back from them on it. Every time i call support all they say is that the stocks have not yet arrived. I think this company is just into fleecing and cheating people and has no values. Now they are running another marketing gimmic for new customers and i am sure no customer is going to get any gift from them. Its all a big fraud.I want my entire money back.... And as I am more than a month old customer, I would like to share and noted some thing, which will increase faith in Seventymm for all those whose are not happy: 1. Disc quality is very good. Hardly in last year, I found Disc is not playing. 2. Whenever you raise a query thru email or post issue link in the site, you will sure receive answer to those queries. 3. Whenever you call up to Seventymm, they will definately revert back 4. Movie collection is good, except for some movies DVD which are not snapped ny Moserbaer ...... |

One more thing is that this helps to carb piracy which is great... Somthing for a good cause I guess. |

I would request anybody reading this page to go ahead and post your nightmarish experiences on every customer feedback website you can find. I feel we need to make people aware as to what this company is all about.It seems once they have your money they know you are trapped. I not only plan to take legal action against this company but I will also voice my dealings with this company through every possible media! |

The customer care didvision is a sham and people working there are only taught to say sorry to the customers calling in as there is no resolution that they can provide.I totally agree with the fact that the staff can tell any amount of lie to get your money, which they have done with me.Even a managers word doesnt count and i now believe the company is a total sham! They can save a lot of their money if they get rid of their care agents! If I dont get a resolution, I'll take legal action against this company as I refuse to deal with cheats! |

I am a doctor, in delhi, my name is Nafisa Batta (9899997994, nafisas@hotmail.com) when i was first approached by seventy mm the marketin person said we have the movie once its off theatres in 16 days, a big lie , and their senior wrote me a mail citing the error. anyways there holly wood flick collection is little and quite outdated. my 3 months unlimited plan was to continue upto 17th july. on 29th june i got a call saying it was the last date to update to a new plan which would start from 1st july. so after the discussion and after i was offered a discount for my 17 days worth and 100 rs more, ie, rs 1200, i was told to make the payment same day. next day they told me that 1200 rs were received but now i would have to pay 400 more. i asked for a cancellation but they have done nothing. no reply to emails or complaints, its pathetic!!! |

After a bit discussion they agreed and sent a mail regarding refund of that amount by cheque. I am yet to receive that amount. No reply of 6-7 mails thereafter. Disgusting!! |

Most of the time one cannot watch the second half of the movie at all. I am wondering whether to continue or stop. Calling customer care isn't of much use and giving a complaint online is an absolute waste of time. However, I have to add here that Bigflix is no better. All those switching to Bigflix...you won't get a better deal; at least that has been my experience. Probably it is better to buy some DVDs and watch those or go to the local CD rental store. |

Reason being I maintain a regular update of my wishlist & dont mind watching any of those movies as they are of my wish. I'm not particular & adamant of watching only a particular movie on a particular day or I'm not adamant on watching the movie on top priority of my wishlist. Seventymm JAI HO................. |
