I have joined this service on 12th of this month. I have been committed wrong services by the customer care executive. I want seventy mm to refund me the amount paid and close account. I have already spoken to customer service who tell that refund request has to be by mail. I fail to understand why no mail facility exist on the site. I also don't understand why one has to call or send SMS to have a movie delivered while the web site queue is not followed. Any way have my refund processed dear customer executive responsible.

I must say Seventy MM doesn't serve the quality of service which it boasts of....
Even i got DVD whoch weren't running fine on my sony DVD player...
and they told me tht am the 1st customer who has complained abt it...
I really wonder how far do they think, they can go so many lies....
it won't be much time when all customers will catch up on their lies give 'em a good time...lol...
Especially the hindi movie dvd's quality comes out to be no better than a pirated one...

plz check before subscribing to this service . i trusted the customr care guy and ignored the adverse remarks by members but it is absolutely true . i subscribed to service 7 days back and was charged 850 rs and i got only one dvd till now i get the message movie dispatched but it has not reached me in 3 days called up customer care guys talked to supervisor too but in vain they only keep on putting complaints with their operations deptt.and lame excuses... subscribe if u have money to throw ,instead donate to someone needy. better contact local cd guy he must be more responsible that seventymm..

I was committed tht i wud be getting some amt of Rs 200/- for evry refferal i made with 70 mm .I referred 3 of my frnd for 70 mm services & got acknowledge mail stating tht i wud b getting tht referral amt with in next 20 days but 3 months have been passed & no show from their end .Evry time i called ccare i am being committed with a new date .Neither any higher officeal called me for this delay in the payment nor i got any apology mail from them for this dealy .I will wait for next 2 days to get my amt & still nothing happens then tht they will regret to have me as their subscriber.

i have a BOSE LS-48 system and many a times midway your dvd dows not work and i get this message on the screen CANNOT READ DISC after this i make a copy of your disc which takes me about 30 mins to make as i have to go through all the decoding etc and then my home made disc works just fine and i finally complete my movie..
so now i always try to make a disc copy and keep incase i have a problem which i usaually do 4 out of 10 times minimum

Hi this is VISHAL BANGERA..MEMBER ID 104408 mobile 9967601234 one of the many customers who have had their share of trouble with the 70MM service firstly let me tell everyone please dont renew or upgrade your services with 70MM and if this message has reached you late and you have already made a payment please dont renew the service for the next month because this movie club SUCKS BIGTIME this so called club does not have good prints,does not have new movies all it has a south movies ,it does not have latest english movies or even latest hindi movies...this is not all the customer care rep..by the name of shaziya khan is very very very very RUDE and does not know how to handle their customers,even their top ranking officials dont stand up to their word and they dont have the decency to call back or return my call after informing their staff and leaving x number of messages for them to call me back he has yet not answered my call till date or even shown the decency to return my call.
