poor dvd quality

Pathic DVD quality . Thats all i can say . I an wondering whether my DVD player itself has got damaged or not .

The same happened to me twice in less than a week...DVD full of scratches ...the DVD was so faulty that i returned immediately. The poor delivery guy was not carrying any spare DVD... truely disappointing service

I have been calling, mailing banging my head against the wall for seventymm to replace the faulty dvds supplied to me for the last one week, no one seems to listen to me or bothered about me. You guys should close the business immediately because if you cannot keep your current customers happy you will not survive for long. I wish someone sends me your owners email id or contact details.



I have made a cc of this email to all the ears that seventymm has assuming they might read this email and stop marketing seventymm anymore and look for better jobs because seventymm will shut down soon.



If my problem is not solved I will surely go to consumer court.



Look at the reviews that your customers posted on mouthshut.com, you guys should be ashamed.
