Varsham lives up to its title throughout. It starts off as a beautiful rain on a pleasant note and high spirits.

Prabhas enters the picture by showing his muscle power in drilling a rock, hanging by a rope. His running amidst the rock blastings is canned and edited well. This scene gives the feel of Hollywood takings.

Trisha falls for Prabhas in a train. Trisha treats rain as her friend. After few instances both of them come to a conclusion that rain is making them come together. First song of the film “Nuvvosthante” is pictured very well.

Trisha is cute as a doll and perfect foil to the evil-looking Gopichand who puts in a cracker of a performance. Shafi excels in the role of loyal step-brother of Gopichand.

Visual effects are amazing for the scenes where he is shown riding on the bike.

Music by Devisri is very impressive.Background music and songs are composed well. A balanced use of traditional and western is done in the music.

This movie is a great entertainer.
