A fusion of western culture and middle east backdrop.Maybe due to the director's 12 year life in france before he came back to his country,the movie is more an outsider's view on the israeli outrage in lebanon.Zeina is from dubai and Tony is a christian lebanese driver.The plot is centered around zeina's personal emotions for her absconding son.The director shot the film in the midst of the war and hence the locations and people are real and reflecting.Though there is an effort in the movie to censure the israeli injustice, the western style relationship between the main characters makes it look like a hollywood flick screened in lebanon.

Makes you think about a lot of things.
