| | | Kites inspired by Matchpoint | | | | After directing a short film (the Shabana-Naseer starrer Rice Plate) for Sanjay Gupta’s Dus Kahaniyaan, Rohit Roy will direct two more projects.
One of which is inspired by Woody Allen’s tale of love and betrayal, Matchpoint. The other project is an acton flick Jazba for producer Sanjay Gupta.
Says Rohit, “I heard that Anurag Basu is also doing Woody Allen’s Matchpoint. I’m worried.
Because I’m directing a desi adaptation for producers Azam Khan and Parvez Damania.”
While Rohit will play the male lead (but naturally!) he has signed Nandana Sen to play the wife. | | |
