In his soon-to-be released flick that reportedly deals with terrorism, Kher teams up with Naseeruddin Shah after a long hiatus. So, how was the experience of working with Shah after so long? “Both of us come from the same school — National School of Drama. When actors like us come together it is a pleasure, and of course, the film and the role get meatier,” explains he.
Famous for his comic roles, does he feel it is easier to do comedy vis-à-vis serious roles? “Comedy pieces are much more difficult. Tragedy is silent. Comedy is more to do with the physical aspect and for that your comic timing needs to be good. People can relate to a serious scene or a tragic scene, but comedy roles cannot be related to, you build them,” analyses the actor.......
