| | | Madhur's Fashion ‘Sen’se | | | | Those who think that Madhur Bhandarkar’s latest film, Fashion, won’t have his lucky mascot Konkona Sen Sharma are in for a big surprise.
Konkona, who played pivotal roles in Madhur’s Page 3 and Traffic Signal, will play an important cameo in Fashion with her boyfriend and actor Ranvir Shorey. The couple shot together for the film recently.
When contacted, Madhur was surprised that we knew about the shoot. He confirmed the news and said, “That’s right. Konkona and Ranvir will play themselves in Fashion. However, please don’t ask me more details about their roles.” Madhur called Konkona and Ranvir and the two agreed to be part of the film immediately.
“Konkona and Ranvir came in at a very short notice and I am extremely obliged to have two fine actors in my film,” Madhur said. He also admitted that Konkona is lucky for him. Madhur said, “I got a National Award for both the films that I cast her in. Can I ever forget that?”
