I had requested for a movie last friday and they delivered it on saturday. But on monday,without even I requesting for a pickup, they came and just took away the CDs..and gave me 2 other CDs.. since I was not at home my room mate gave it off.. I did not even watch the movie once..Later I called up the customer care and asked them to credit back 2 CDs to my account. They said they will do so but lets wait n watch. Now I have requested twice for a pickup of the CDs they had delivered last time but nobody turned up since past 1 week. The service in Bangalore is really very sick.. | | | hi
