when i didn't got it i contacted your office than i was surprised to know that the credit of these 7 movies has not been added in my account. Than after long discussion with 2 colleagues in you office i was told this time that i will now get only 5 movies and the next movie will now come to me by Sunday. But i am sorry to say that the movie didn't came to me on that day also. You can see how pathetic your services are and they are getting worse day by day. Because of all this I am seriously thinking of not to continue the services this time and also file a consumer complaint against your organisation for " Deficiency in services" in the local consumer court and also mention the same in various blogs and social networks. This will save other innocent people like me to get into relationship with people like your organisation. I suggest that very strict action is taken against the people in your Hyderabad office so that they mend their ways in this regard.

This is to bring to your kind notice that i am a old member of your service with id 73586 in my name vaibhav mangal. I am facing lot of issues with your services for which i have written lot of mails earlier like: * getting the movies without asking for them. * problems with the quality of vcd's/dvd's because of which there are more than 8 cases of the same. * getting movies other than the one asked for etc. For all this i was promised by shalini in your office that instead of 11 such shipment cases of defective movies i will get 7 movies.(Including the 3 carried from my first subscription as the replacement in that was not given at that time and shalini has promised me that she will adjust those movies in my current subscription. In the current instance i had made a request of pick and delivery of movie on the net on last Wednesday but i have not got the said movie till date. When i contacted your office on Friday i was promised that by Saturday i will get the movie but

I have been calling, mailing banging my head against the wall for seventymm to replace the faulty dvds supplied to me for the last one week, no one seems to listen to me or bothered about me. You guys should close the business immediately because if you cannot keep your current customers happy you will not survive for long. I wish someone sends me your owners email id or contact details. I have made a cc of this email to all the ears that seventymm has assuming they might read this email and stop marketing seventymm anymore and look for better jobs because seventymm will shut down soon.
